Texas - big hearted, generous, warm and polite.
Georgia - inconsequential*
California - rude, mannerless and lacking courtesy
New York - busy
Wisconsin - drunk

excuse me????...wisconsin is pretty, quiet, peaceful...a miniscule amount of its population (only 99.99%) gets drunk once in a while (every night)...ur comment is so unfair!!!!
